From your comment it appears you are having trouble with posting to your blog but you didn’t mention what blogging platform you’re using.
Going on what you’ve said it sounds like you are using one provided by a service, if so you should contact their support people who should be able to set you right.
If you’re using a self hosted WordPress script then you just need to edit your posts selecting the “Public” tab in the post settings.
For any other software I’m afraid I can’t help you as I only use WordPress myself.
